Subject: [Esr-users] ESR Loads: MEDCON6 transition

Hello ESR Users,

When CEBAF Beam operations ends at 8 AM, Tuesday, March 24, 2020, the ESR Users have an important role in transiting ESR to a safe and reliable standby status, which is a state similar to the Winter Holiday shutdown of the accelerator site.

· all magnets ramped down

· Very important: no cryogenic load helium return paths switched from the cold path to the warm without prior coordination with the Cryogenics Department.

· Hall C Moller warm

· All 15K targets load offline

Any changes to the state of any cryo-related Hall systems must coordinated with Cryogenics Department and documented in the Cryo Log (CLOG).

Thank You,

Chris
