[Esr-users] Hall B: Plans to cycle Solenoid 4k supply valve at 3:00pm

All, We (Hall B) have a valve that we believe is leaking/sticking, and want to cycle it a few times to allow it to fully seat/seal.
The cycling may cause pressure oscillations/spikes in the 4k system, so if our planned timing is an issue, please let us know.
