[Esr-users] ESR Status Update

All,
    ESR cooldown is complete as of Friday (2/19).  Both turbines are running and the dewar is currently filling to 80% for Helium Inventory storage.  There are currently no Halls to put a load on the plant, however the ESR vaporizer is filling this role nicely.  After helium inventory management is complete (today or tomorrow) we should be able to start Hall C cooldown once they are ready.
