[Esr-users] Brief ESR Shutdown today

Since starting turbines at ESR last week it was noticed that the inlet valve to turbine 1 requires some adjustment to allow full range of motion of the valve, and it was recently determined that this adjustment requires a brief shutdown of the coldbox.  We feel that it is best that this disruption occurs before any halls are put online and therefore we plan to do this work today.  ESR should be back to normal operations by this afternoon.
