According to Heidi Fansler, the normal CHL recovery suction pressure of 1.08 atm will delay the completion of the 80K of Hall A about a week beyond the target date of 23Jul21 to start the transition to 4.5K cooling from ESR Cold Box.
* Reduced PV084BY setpoint to 1.04 atm and reduce PV10DR setpoint to 1.06 atm.
