[Esr-users] [New Logentry] Investigating LL alarms in Torus and Solenoid

At 1727 the first temperature spike of ~19K hit in the Solenoid return. 1730 a spike near 30K hit and started to affect the LHe supply.  First thought is a vacuum issue in the Solenoid return. Tech is in route to investigate and insure we are pumping on that vacuum jacket.
