[Esr-users] Expect increased CHL recovery usage over the next 2 weeks

All,
     Due to upcoming operations at CHL and in the Linacs, there will be an increased usage of recovery capacity for the next 1.5 to 2 weeks.  Please coordinate with cryo for any new, planned flows to warm return / recovery during this time.
