[Esr-users] SHMS Controls offline

The SHMS magnet controls will be taken offline later this morning to swap out communication modules.
The JT valve controls will be placed in manual mode during this period.
Each magnet will be placed back in auto mode, one at as time, to allow for PIDs routines to reset
