[Esr-users] Cooldown Valve stem replacement for CHL-ESR 4K transferline

All,
    At approximately 10:30 this morning, Cryo will be performing a valve stem change out for the CHL-ESR 4K transferline cooldown valve.  The current state is limiting the flow available to ESR, which will potentially affect recovery time of magnets if not addressed.

This operation will affect the 4K support flow from CHL and should not directly affect hall operations.

The interruption of 4K support flow from CHL should last for about an hour.
