[Esr-users] SHMS magnet heat load

A measurement of the Heat load for the SHMS magnets and liquid level sensors read back will be undertaken this week, starting today.

Brief description: Magnets will be filled to 100% and then a measurement of the rate of liquid level decline will be taken while the supply valve is shut off. One magnet at a time.
