[Esr-users] Hall B buffer Dewar reconfig

Good afternoon,

   Tomorrow morning Hall B will reconfigure it buffer Dewar to prepare for the installation of the polarized target.  The following procedure gives detail to the new configuration and should only take a couple of hours max.
