[Esr-users] SHMS flow

Greetings,

 The SHMS PLC was reloaded this morning and in changing the valves back from manual mode to PLC mode a valve changed position too fast. This results in a flow stoppage to the SHMS transfer line. Warm returns are opening and the transfer line is now recovering.
