Torus warm up started just after noon today.
We started by increasing the maximum positions of the Solenoid 4K supply valves in the written procedure. 
We continued but made some small improvements to the procedure to both simplify it and to keep warm pulses of helium from returning to the 4K return line and upsetting the 4K supply to the buffer dewar or the Solenoid.
The main thing was to switch to warm return for the 4K return flow before slowly closing the 4K supply valve PV8512T in the DBX. 
We updated the procedure for all changes we made to make sure that it can easily be followed in the future.

We looked up the temperatures of the 4K cold mass during previous burps Torus Burps and found the first one occurs at ~22K and the second at around 40K. 

The Torus 4K mass (CCM_T_AVG)  is 18.9K now. it is warming at about 1.7K/ Hr and it should hit 22K at about 9pm this evening. 
The vacuum is slowly getting worse as the internals warm.
