[Esr-users] [Revised Logentry] Follow-up Re: Ramping Solenoid and Torus to full field

As Pasyuk advised, I cleared the "bypassed" MVT interlocks since the solenoid current is above 1000 Amps; see 1st attachment. 

As preparation for beam delivery, the hall status was changed to "Power Permit"; see 2nd attachement.
