[Esr-users] SHMS HB warm up

The SHMS HB magnet will be warmed up and taken off the SHMS this SAD-23.
The HE supply valve will be shut. Once the Liquid He in the magnet has boiled off, the warm return will be opened fully and the cold return closed.

Afterwards the HX may be used to warm the magnet to room temperature.
