Howdy,

Due to delay of washing the magnet, our magnet flushing will extend to 4:30 PM, 7/1/2025. The flow rate is 10 gpm.

Thanks a lot

Eric

Howdy,

The flow rate of flushing MOLLER TN1 is 10 gpm, not 1.4 gpm. If you have concerns, please let me know as soon as possible. My cell phone number is 757-234-1585.

Thanks a lot for your attention again.

Eric

Howdy,

Here are the detailed steps we plan to do with MOLLER TM1 Flushing (11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 7/1/2025).

  1.
We will fill the TM1 magnet with water as there is no water in the magnet. We open the valve of the LCW supply line and use a bucket to catch the water from the return line of the magnet. Once the bucket is full, we close the valve of the magnet return line. We dump the water. We repeat this for a few time until the water is clear with no sign of debris. The flow rate is 1.4 gpm. The purpose is to wash the magnet and to fill the magnet with water.
  2.
After the water quality is satisfactory, we connect the return line of the TM1 with the LCW return line. We then open the valve of the LCW supply and flow through (flush) TM1 for about 2 hours. The flow rate is 1.4 gpm. Please note that some air may return with LCW at the beginning of flushing.

Thanks a lot for attention.

Eric

Howdy,

We (MOLLER Team) would like to wash the MOLLER TM1 magnet with LCW first and then flush it with continuous LCW. The scheduled time is from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 7/1/2025. The flow rate is 1.4 gpm.

Please contact me at 757-234-1585 if you have any concerns.

Thanks a lot

Eric
