<html><head><meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"></head><body dir="auto">As I understand this email it means that Hall C has potential internal system problems that can arise and directly effect the performance of ESR and its ability to support Halls A, B, and C but might not have sufficient remote alarms that would alert an on call person that a problem has occurred until cryo calls and asks.<div><br></div><div>If this is true, Hall C needs to correct this deficiency.
