At approximately 3:10 today (10/1) a power glitch caused CHL2 to shutdown. This affected the Halls in 2 ways:

<ol>
<li>The shutdown of CHL2 sent hot gas down the CHL-ESR transferline and pressurized the ESR dewar, the flow from this overwhelmed the ESR 1st stage compressor and pressurized the low pressure return.</li><li>The recovery of CHL2 compressors required flow to be sent to recovery compressors, which unfortunately caused them to get overwhelmed and pressurize recovery suction, which back pressured the lead flows.</li></ol>
ESR has recovered from this disturbance and magnet liquid levels should start to recover.</div>
