No you do not need to submit anything further. The reference to the 54.92% was just FYI for the % of invoices already paid against the PO. I have removed the accrual that was submitted on Monday.

The intent of today's accural was to 'undo' the accural submitted on Monday. So, based on your comment below, do I need to submit a revised accural for 55% (as opposed to 0%)?

The purpose for this accural was to reverse (withdraw) the accural I sent two days ago. Is there another process for 'undoing' the accural I submitted on Monday?
