If you are receiving this message it means you are responsible for submitting accrual estimates for at least one Subcontract Purchase Order. 

This is a reminder to complete a Subcontract Percent Complete Form for any cost for work completed through June 30, 2018. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through June 30, 2018 in which an invoice has not been received or approved for payment . 

**** Please submit your accrual form by Tuesday, July 3, 2018. If needed, I have attached the instructions and form. **** 

If you determine that there is nothing to accrue please e-Mail EVPO at jlab.org and provide the PO # . Otherwise, please complete and forward the PO Percent Complete form and email to: EVPO at jlab.org .
