All,
I will be on vacation all next week so sending this out early as I don't think the invoice is going to hit before the close of business today.  Please see the attached accrual form for the subject PO.  The item(s) in red represent the update for this month.  Please let me know if you have any questions.
My other subcontracts listed below have no JLab accrual requirements this month.
15-C1196 - no accrual - I approved invoice today.
16-C0737 - no accruable activity
17-C0631 - no accruable activity
18-C0415 - no accruable activity
18-C0760 - all lines are now closed with final invoice having been approved this month.
18-C0761 - no accruable activity

17-C0120 is a PO not a subcontract PO that we took a SLAC accrual on.  It is a 3-way so it should auto-accrue now that we received the shipment for line 9 yesterday.  The invoice is in house and awaiting SOTR approval.
