[Evpo] Accrual Form PO 20-C0009 SNS PPU Tuner Frames

All,
Please see the attached accrual form.  Accrual percentage that you need to do this month is in red.  Only one line (item 5) needs to be accrued, the other completed line (line 1) should already be in actuals.  The accrual status of the other subcontracts I have cognizance over are below.

15-C1196 LCLS-II 4.5K CB - no accrual this month
16-C0737 LCLS-II 2k CC  - no accrual this month
18-C0415 SC1R 2K CC - no accrual this month
20-C0007 SNS PPU Vacuum Vessels - no accrual this month
20-C0009 SNS PPU Tuner Frames - accrual attached
20-C0011 JLab EBW Upgrade - no accrual this month
