Received the response below for PO 20-C0029 from Mike Dickey (as the Backup POC).... I called and he said he is unaware of any responsibilities with regard to the PO in question and said he isn't a SOTR so I am not sure if he is the "right person".  If he is the proper person, I need to talk to Jason about what he needs to know to do the job, if not, can you update this so I can get the information to the proper POC#2.
