[Evpo] Subcontract PO Accruals - 2nd Request

I know Chris was out late last week and I'm not sure if he'll be back before the accrual deadline or not.

For PO # 21-C0007 - No accrual for the month of March.  Supplier is still waiting to receive one last item before PO line # 2 is complete.

Submittals were requested by COB today.  It is imperative that we receive a response by noon Monday, 4/05/2021.

Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form (PO Accrual Form) for work completed through March 31, 2021. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.

Please submit your accrual form to evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org>.  If you have nothing to accrue, please email the address provided stating you have nothing to accrue for PO# xxx-xxxxxx.
