I have completed the form.   Actually three invoices have been submitted for milestone 1 2, and 3.   If invoice 3 was processed which I believe it has there should be no accruals for Dec.

Does Subcontract 20-C0011 have an accrual for December 2020?  The attached is a very
old submittal as Philip advised.  The line reflected (line 1) was fully vouchered back in February of 2020.
