Understood.  The change happen on 10/29/21 after the email request was sent.  Once my records are updated it will reflect 21-C0253A opposed to 21-C0253.

Connie - Subcontract PO # JSA-21-C0253 has been closed due to the supplier's name and banking info change.  The second attachment is the notice we received from the supplier in case you need for documentation.  Subcontract JSA-21-C0253A was cloned from the original subcontract with the remaining open balance of $106,682.00.  The name change is still in progress and should take another day or two.  That is why you still see the supplier's previous name on the cloned PO.

The first attachment is this month's accrual.  We have received 2 of the 5 klystrons for 40% of the remaining balance.  We do have one invoice for one of the klystrons ready to process once the name change is complete.  There's another invoice that the supplier needs to correct and resend for the other klystron we received.

>From an audit perspective, I hope this makes it clear.  Let me know if you need any additional information.

Morning Rick,

Your submittal still reflects a blacked out column.  For audit purposes this submittal must be clear.

I sent another form to hopefully remove the format that is causing the blacking out.  Your SubK PO 21-C0253 is not a Peg Points type so that field should reflect 'No'.

Please reach out to Tom Huratiak if you are unable to populate and save without blacking out the columns.  Perhaps he can submit on your behalf.
