Hi Douglas,

The “Complete through” refers to the period  you are submitting the accrual for which should be through 10/31/21.  Please populate this field and resubmit to evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org> in case I don’t received the approved invoice before the cutoff.

I approved the invoice for this PO today, so not sure this is still needed; but tried to fill it in correctly anyway.

I also didn’t know what you were looking for with the “Complete through” so left it blank.   The work should be complete by the end of March 2022 and is thus far on schedule.
