[Evpo] Accrual Input for Aug 2021 - Ted P managed POs

Here's the accrual input for the following subcontract PO's for Aug 2021:
18-C0415 - JLab 2K Cold Compressors - no accrual this month - still waiting on some final spare parts - hoping Sept now.
20-C0007 - SNS PPU Vacuum Vessels - no accrual this month
20-C0336 - LCLSII-HE FPC - see attached accrual form
20-C1207 - JLab Particle Detector - no accrual this month - just approved an invoice so actuals should be up to date.
21-C0001 - LCLSII-HE Plated Bellows - no accrual this month - actuals are up to date.
21-D0242 - JLab SRF CTF Piston Expander Refurb - no accrual this month
21-D0778 - JLab HZB HOM Ceramic - no accrual this month - we don't expect activity for several months as we have to test first deliveries before authorizing additional production.
21-D0771 - Moller Hollow Cu Conductors - no accrual this month - expect completion in Sept.  Waiting on shipment arrival.
