You are receiving this request because you are the primary, alternate or supervisor of the person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for the Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Order number 21-D1439 and we have not yet received a response to our prior request.  The Purchase Order mentioned above currently has approximately $59K in value remaining.



Please provide confirmation of the work performed for the month of March so we may complete our accrual process and obtain accurate Month End reporting.  I have attached the PO Accrual Form again for your convenience. Once completed, please submit your accrual form to evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org>.  If you have nothing to accrue for the period, please email the address provided stating you have nothing to accrue for PO# xxx-xxxxxx.

Submittals were originally requested by COB Monday, 4/04/2022, then by noon today, 4/05/2022.  It is imperative that we receive a response by COB Today, 4/05/2022, so that needed accruals can be processed before Month End.



Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form (PO Accrual Form) for work completed through March 31, 2022. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.
