[Evpo] Subcontract PO Accruals for JLAB contract 21-C1176

Hi Connie.  I mistakenly sent an email to you just before the holidays.  At that point, there was *no* accrual for 21-C1176 (Stony Brook University – The Research Foundation).

I was just sent notice this morning of a new invoice for the month of December, 2021.  So I have enclosed the spreadsheet recording this new accrual.

You are receiving this message because you are the primary (To:) or alternate (cc:) person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for at least one Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Order. Attached you will find the listing of Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Orders that need to be evaluated for accrual purposes. Additionally, you will find the PO Accrual Form with instructions to be completed for your submittal.

Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form for work completed through December 31, 2021. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.
