[Evpo] Accruals for PO 21-C1176 (Stony Brook University

Hi Connie.   Enclosed is the most recent accrual form - PO Accrual Form v2.0_Mar2022_CZorn.xlsx – for PO 21-C1176.

I have also enclosed *revised* copies of several of the past accruals.  In chatting with Tom Huratiak, I realized that I has been using the incorrect (and too large) amount for the current contract.   The whole project is actually split into two parts and I was only supposed to be marking progress for the first part, for an amount of $319,087.   The other problem was that one of my monthly accruals used an *estimated* amount, which turned out to be totally wrong after the actual invoice from Stony Brook arrived.

So enclosed with the current accrual, I have enclosed the following revised forms which show the real progress.


(i)                  PO Accrual Form v2.0_Nov2021_revised_CZorn.xlsx

(ii)                PO Accrual Form v2.0_Dec2021_revised_CZorn.xlsx

(iii)               PO Accrual Form v2.0_Jan2022_revised_CZorn.xlsx, and

(iv)               PO Accrual Form v2.0_Feb2022_revised_CZorn.xlsx

My apologies for the mess, but at least I feel that I have fixed my accounting records for all this.
