You are receiving this request because you are the primary, alternate or supervisor of the person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for the Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Order number 20-C0029 and we have not yet received a response to our prior request.  The Purchase Order mentioned above currently has approximately $20K in value remaining.



Please provide confirmation of the work performed for the month of February so we may complete our accrual process and obtain accurate Month End reporting.  I have attached the PO Accrual Form again for your convenience. Once completed, please submit your accrual form to evpo at jlab.org<mailto:evpo at jlab.org>.  If you have nothing to accrue for the period, please email the address provided stating you have nothing to accrue for PO# xxx-xxxxxx.
