Hi Scott,

Please note that SubK PO 22-D0013 already has cost vouchered at 32.40% for line 1 and 77.50% for line 3 through August 2022.  This means your submittal for Sept is adding no additional cost (no accrual) although you are advising there will be cost in September.

If there is cost in September then the percentage for line 1 and/or line 3 has to be more than 32.40% and/or 77.50%, respectively.

Hi Tori,

There was only 1 hour worked in July and no hours worked in August.  We have already had a day+ of work for this month so I am submitting 10 hours accrual for September.

You are receiving this message because you are the primary (To:) or alternate (cc:) person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for at least one Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Order. Attached you will find the listing of Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Orders that need to be evaluated for accrual purposes. Additionally, you will find the PO Accrual Form with instructions to be completed for your submittal.



This is the Year End accruals where we have a very short window for completing this processing.  It is imperative that you forward September 2022 accruals promptly.




Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form for estimated work completed through September 30, 2022. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with the estimated work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved. Accruals are due by Tuesday, September 20, 2022, but we are pushing to have them completed early to avoid last minute delays and requesting they be completed if possible by Friday, September 16, 2022.
