Submittals were requested by COB Friday, December 8, 2023.  It is imperative that we receive a response by noon, Today, December 11, 2023.

Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form (PO Accrual Form) for work completed through December 15, 2023. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.
