[Evpo] accrual 23D-1407

Good Morning Gigi!

I am in receipt of your SubK Accrual for Texas Wind Tower Co. (23-D1407).

However, the complete through date is incorrect. It should state date 11/28/2023 (NEW month end date per schedule) instead of 11/17/2023.

Please correct this and resubmit to evpo at jlab.org .
