[Evpo] My status report

Good Morning Eric!

I am in receipt of your SubK Accruals for .

However, there are a few items that need to be corrected.

  1.  The complete through date is incorrect on all submitted. It should state date 11/28/2023 (NEW month end date per schedule)
  2.  Hyspan Precision Tech. (23-D1528): lines 1 and 2 have been completely vouchered.  If nothing is being accrued for this PO for this month, please email no accrual and list the PO # and Name.
  3.  Master Machine & Tool (23-P1248): on the PO Accrual form line 1 is listed twice (one has a date of 10/19/2023 and the other has a date of 11/20/2023). If the line has been previously submitted, please remove.
  4.  Thunder Tech LLC (23-D1434): each line needs to be listed separately.
  5.  Ameriflex (23-D1493): each line needs to be listed separately.

Please correct this and resubmit to evpo at jlab.org .
