Good Afternoon Tony!

I am in receipt of your October Accrual for Burns &McDonnell (22C0005001).

However,  the following items need attention:

  *   Incorrect Date: It states 10/19/2023 and it should state 10/31/2023.
  *   Line # 3 has been vouchered/invoiced and shows as 79.71% complete as of 09/28/2023 (invoice# 142552-4) I am unable to adjust line 3
to the 60% as we can not reduce accrual amounts once they have been vouchered/invoiced. Please revise line 3 to read 79.71% (or higher).

Please correct these items and resubmit the accrual to evpo at jlab.org.
