I believe when we have peg points in the contract (as we do with both of these) we just check that the peg point is satisfied.  The text that include “50%” is the title of the peg point – it is not the % complete of the peg point.  That peg point is 100% complete.



I also believe the black is as it should be for contracts with peg points.  This is how they have gone in for several months now for both of these contracts.

Good Morning James -



I am in receipt of your Accruals for April.



However, the following item(s) need to be addressed:



  *   Submittal for PO 23-C1093: there are black lines appearing in the Percent Complete column (column C) and the Quality Received column (column E). Please remove black lines.



  *   Submittal for PO 23-D1488:   there are black lines appearing in the Percent Complete column (column C) and the Quality Received column (column E). Please remove black lines. Also, there isn't a percentage amount in the percent complete section for the submitted line (line 4) but the summary of work states 50% complete. Please advise if  50% complete is the amount that is being accrued for April and if it is please update the percent complete section for the submitted line. If it is not, please submit as "No Accrual" .



Once these revisions havs been made, please resubmit to evop at jlab.org.

Hi,

Accruals are attached.  Please note that the 23-D1488 accrual reflects a change being made to the milestone payment deliverables and reflects what will be the new milestone deliverable name.  The line item number and line item cost will remain unchanged.  Connor is working that change with the vendor now.
