Hi, Sham,

I do have a few questions. Thanks.

Q1, is each PO Line a separate item that can go through months and increase "percent complete"? Yes, each line can go through increases till it will reach 100%,

Q2, the "Percent Complete" in col C, is it relative to the full project or this item (PO Line)? Percent Complete is related to that line, it means that line is completed by that percentage

My previous email sent on December 6:



I am working on the attached accrual. However, the following item(s) needs to be corrected:



  *   line 1 is already accrued 5% in November and Line 2 accrued 4% in November .
  *   please change the Complete though date to 12/15/2024.
