On November 13,2024 we processed the attached invoice per the below information, we paid the bill on line 1 & 5. The total amount for line 1 was $33,304.28 and after processing this bill, line 1 is totally vouchered,

Hi Sham:

Something is wrong.

None of the line items should be fully vouchered.

The invoice is attached along with the executed contract.

The dollar amounts don't justify 100%.  Or is this 100% per fiscal year?

If this is total, how do we fix this such that none of the line items are fully executed?

I don't mind if this takes into next year.

I am processing the accrual for the attached. However, the following item needs to be corrected:

  *   the attached accrual form has line # 1 being accrued at 25%. However, and invoice was entered on 11/13/2024 and this line has been fully vouchered.

You are receiving this message because you are the primary (To:) or alternate (cc:) person responsible for submitting accrual estimates for at least one Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Order. Attached you will find the listing of Subcontract Retainage (Accrual) Purchase Orders that need to be evaluated for accrual purposes. Additionally, you will find the PO Accrual Form with instructions to be completed for your submittal.

Due to the Holiday Shut Down, we have a very short window for completing this processing.  It is imperative that you forward December 2024 accruals promptly.

Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form for work completed through December 15, 2024 (this is that date that you will use on the PO Accrual Form as well). It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.
