Afternoon Anne-Marie,

Please be advised that EVPO only processes accruals and invoices as submitted.

Details for SubK PO 24-C0335 would need to be addressed with Thomas Huratiak as your division and Tom as the Buyer determines the PO line details.  This will allow meeting of the minds so to speak between Project Mgmt (you) and Procurement (Tom).

SubK PO 24-C0335 shows line two (2) is for installation based on the below screenshot but again please reach out to Tom who oversees this SubK PO.  He authorizes where to place invoice cost, whereas, you authorize accrual cost.

Po # 24-C0335 has two lines, line 1 was accrued 90% in September 2024. Then in October 1,2024 we processed the attached invoice that made line one to be vouchered at 100%.

Hello Sham,

We already went through this in October.

The 2nd payment was emitted at delivery as stipulated in the contract, but the contract has only been completed this week with the install and final training which was performed this morning. The accrual for October were only at 90 %.

I am processing the accrual for the attached. However, the following item needs to be corrected:

  *   the attached accrual form has line # 1 being accrued at 100%. However, and invoice was entered on 10/01/2024 and this line has been fully vouchered.
