[Evpo] July Accruals

Hi Tanya!

While prepping to enter in the accrual for  UVA (24-D0309), I noticed the following:


  *
Line 1 has already been vouchered at 76.03%. Due to this, I am unable to reduce the percentage to 72.50%. Please change the percentage or submit a "no accrual" for this project.

Once the revision has been made, please resend the corrected accrual to evpo at jlab.org.
