Line 10 was accrued on the previous accrual in June.
I did change the color of the text of 100% from red to black.

I guess that is what you were looking for, if not let me know.

While prepping to enter in the accrual for Everson Tesla, Inc. (21-C1495)), I noticed the following:

You stated in your email that "there has been no new accruals on this PO for this period", but the attached documentation has an entry on line 10 for 100%.
  *
Line 10: you have listed a percentage of 100%, however the line has an extended cost of ($1,200.00). Due to this, I am unable to process anything on this line.

Please make the necessary changes or submit a "no accrual" for this project.

Once the revision has been made, please resend the corrected accrual to evpo at jlab.org.
