[Evpo] June Accrual for PO 19C0197018

Hi Corry -

While prepping to enter in the June accrual for 19C0197018, I noticed the following:

line 2 has already been vouchered at 86.60%. Due to this, I am unable to reduce the percentage to 76.43%. Please change the amount to a higher percentage or submit a "no accrual" email

Once the revisions have been made, please resend the corrected accrual to evpo at jlab.org.
