While prepping to enter in the June accrual for 24-C0642, I noticed the following:

the vendor name on the accrual form is incorrect. It states Warwick Mechanical not D&D Mechanical Inc.

Once the revisions have been made, please resend the corrected accrual to evpo at jlab.org.
