[Evpo] Subcontract PO Accruals - 2nd Request

Hi Carl -

While prepping to enter in the accrual for 21-C1176, I noticed the following:

line 3 has already been vouchered at 1.13%, due to this, I am unable to reduce the percentage to 0.87%. Please change the amount to a higher percentage or submit a "no accrual" email

Once the revisions have been made, please resend the corrected accrual to evpo at jlab.org.

Hi Tori. Hi Tom.  Enclosed is my June 2024 accrual for PO 21-C1176.   I do have problem with it.  Hopefully I have made the correct choice.  Please advise.



I have been reporting accruals as a percent in line 2.  However, I have now exceeded 100% of that.  For now, I have created a line 3 where I recorded a percentage of the 100% amount in line 2.  Hopefully my comments in the “Summary of Work” column make sense.



Let me know if I need to correct the file.

 Please complete the Subcontract Percent Complete Form (PO Accrual Form) for work completed through April 26, 2024 - this is the date to use on the PO Accrual form as well. It is important that we receive estimated percent complete forms associated with work performed through this date for which we have a contractual obligation where an invoice has not been received and approved.
