[Evpo] March Accrual - UVA_24-D0309

Hi Tanya!

I am in receipt of subcontract voucher # 24-D0309. The accrual for March has the amount of line 1 at 30.83%.

However, we invoiced this line on the 18th in the amount of $32,590.00 - making the percent complete 32.59%.

Due to this, a revised accrual is need. Please either increase the percent complete amount higher than 32.59% or send a "no accrual" email to evpo at jlab.org.
