[Evpo] B&M May accrual

Hi Tony -

While prepping to enter in the accrual for 22C0005001, I noticed the following:


  *
The complete through date is incorrect on the submittal. It should state  05/29/2024 (NEW month end date per schedule).
  *
Line 1 has already been vouchered at 91.63%. Due to this, I am unable to reduce the percentage to 90%. Please change the percentage. No change is needed for line 3.

Once the revisions have been made, please resend the corrected accrual to evpo at jlab.org.
