[Evpo] Accrual for 24-D0516

While prepping to enter in the accrual for 24-D0516, I noticed the following:

 the vendor name is incorrect. It states Anderson & Dahlen Inc. instead of Stitching Superact.

Once the revisions have been made, please resend the corrected accrual to evpo at jlab.org.
