Good Morning Russ.

Thanks for sending the accrual. However, I am still unable to process it as is.

Line 1 has been previously vouchered at 19.03%. This means that I cannot accrue the line at anything below 19.03%.  Please update line 1 to a higher percentage or submit a no accrual.

Once the revisions have been made, please resend the corrected accrual to evpo at jlab.org.
